All sales of digital products (templates, guides, systems, toolkits, and downloadable content) sold by Phanetics Digital Holdings, LLC are final and non-refundable upon delivery. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds simply due to a change of mind or failure to use the product.

Refunds for subscription charges already processed will only be issued in cases of technical failure or duplicate billing. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.
