Refund Policy

Plain English Summary: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If something is genuinely broken or was misrepresented, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.

1. Digital Products — General Policy

All sales of digital products (templates, guides, systems, toolkits, and downloadable content) sold by Phanetics Digital Holdings, LLC are final and non-refundable upon delivery. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds simply due to a change of mind or failure to use the product.

2. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider refund requests within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product was materially misrepresented in its description and does not deliver what was explicitly promised
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • There was a technical failure that prevented you from accessing or downloading the product, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 72 hours

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Claiming the product "didn't work" without demonstrated implementation effort
  • Dissatisfaction with results (see our Income Disclaimer)
  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
  • Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price

4. Software and App Subscriptions

For any subscription-based software or iOS applications offered by Phanetics, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Refunds for subscription charges already processed will only be issued in cases of technical failure or duplicate billing. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email phaneticsdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Your order number or Stripe receipt
  • A clear description of the issue

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide evidence of delivery, and permanently ban your account from future purchases. Please contact us first — we are committed to resolving legitimate issues.
